On-site registration portals will provide your team members with quick access to attendee details, and the ability to edit or update information or process payments if any issues arise.
Auto Check-in allows for attendees to arrive at a registration area and either scan a QR Code you have posted on a sign, or have their mobile phone read by a beacon strategically placed in the area.
The ereg Attendee App enables attendees to scan QR codes, OR, if they have bluetooth enabled on their phone, then beacons can be used to read their App on arrival.
Once the QR code has been scanned, or the beacon reads the phone, the attendee receives an Auto Check-In Message and their badge is printed automatically. You can customize the Auto Check-in Message which is sent to their phone and the message can be specific for different registration types.
Attendee statistics are updated in real time, and Organiser Apps can be used to efficiently check participants into an event or function.
Access Control tools can also be used to restrict access to specific participants for certain sessions or functions.
